This document is a big menu that lets you look at some famous documents that are
worth reading and re-reading.
It is also an example of one way to dynamically change the style of a document.
This is a single file that uses CSS styles,
ECMAscript/javascript, an HTML FORM and plain HTML together to create a
document that you can dynamically change the style of WITHOUT requiring
a lot of javascript code or seperate files.
You are supposed to be able to do something similar with CSS and
links but that (at the time of this writing) does not work in MS/IE;
requires seperate files for each CSS style; and is not nearly as generic
a technique.
By making what gets changed a little more selective than changing all
DIV elements you can use this technique to create many effects.
